Our Policies

All applicable taxes are included in the prices listed below. No additional fees required.

Shoulder Season 1

Weekly Rental

Shoulder Season 1 - Starting at $1600 (cdn) per week

Shoulder Season 1 applies to the following timeframes: June 1 to June 15, and September 15 to October 15.

Shoulder Season 2

Weekly Rental

Shoulder Season 2 - Starting at $2200 (cdn) per week

Shoulder Season 2 applies to the following timeframes: June 15 to June 30, and September 1 to September 15.

Peak Season

Weekly Rental

Peak Season - Starting at $2800 (cdn) per week

Peak Season applies to the following timeframes: July 1 to August 31.

Reservations/Payments

A minimum $500 deposit is required at the time of booking. A deposit secures the guest’s reservation.

The remaining balance is required a minimum 30 days prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation

Refunds will be made in full if cancellations are received prior to 30 days in advance of the arrival date. However when situations arise necessitating your cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, we do sympathize; however, generally speaking refunds will not be made as we must maintain our business policy.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In Times: Saturdays at 4:00 pm.

Check-Out Times: Saturdays at 10:00 am

Luggage may be left at the cottage for early arrivals. However check-in times will remain at 4:00 pm unless housekeeping duties have been completed prior to this time.

No Show

Seaview Chalet will not consider refunds for no shows or early check-outs

Smoking

Seaview Chalet is a smoke free environment.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Other

Seaview Chalet is best suited for families and couples looking for a peaceful retreat. Large gatherings/events are not permitted on the property.
